Scrollwire is operated by BiotechComm LLC. By creating an account or using Scrollwire, you agree to these terms.
Who can use Scrollwire
You must be 13 or older to use Scrollwire.
Your account
Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. Usernames must not impersonate anyone or be offensive.
Zero tolerance for abuse
Scrollwire has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. When you send a story or write a note, you must not:
- Bully, harass, threaten or intimidate anyone
- Post hate speech, or attack people for who they are
- Share sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content
- Spam, scam, or impersonate others
- Break the law
You can report or block anyone from the Friends screen or your inbox. We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or delete the accounts responsible.
News content
Stories in Scrollwire are short summaries of reporting by the original publishers, with a link to each full article. Summaries are checked against the original article, but mistakes can happen; the original article is the authoritative source. If you spot an error, please tell us.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
Scrollwire is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app.
